“In addition to our regularly scheduled right-of-way clearing, HEA is launching a Hazard Tree Clearing Pilot Program as a public service for members to educate and assist them with hazard trees located on their private property. Made possible by grant funding, this program will focus on select high outage areas throughout 2025 and South Kachemak Bay is at the top of the list!
