The HEA Board Nomination Period is NOW OPEN! Join the leadership that keeps the lights on and make a real difference in our community by helping shape its future. Nominations are open for members seeking candidacy in HEA’s 2026 Board of Directors election. Applications are due by 5 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2026. For more information, visit the link below to download the 2026 Candidacy Packet. Packets also are available at the Homer and Kenai offices.
