Seldovia Public Library is Calling For Volunteers
The library is in need of help!
We have been running our Summer Schedule (see comments) since April 1st, and are currently open 14 hours a week. We need at least one or two new circulation shift volunteers for the summer, or else we’ll have to scale back and eliminate a day out of our schedule.
Volunteer positions are open to everyone, whether you’re a full time or seasonal resident. You can take on a 2-hour circulation shift each week, or join our on-call list to serve as a substitute.
Volunteering at the library is a great way to meet people, find out about all the latest new books and movies, and really feel like you are serving the community.
