2 Extra Days to File!

This year we are “blessed” with two extra days to think about, agonize over and pull together our numbers to mail in our returns!  Because the 15th falls on a Sunday, normally, we would have to mail in our tax returns on Monday.  However this year, Monday the 16th is Emancipation Day, though not a recognized Federal Holiday, but a day celebrated in Washington DC – and therefore – the IRS has decided to give us all one more day to enjoy the pleasures of preparing our returns!    Good luck, and have a great weekend!
